Our team participated in the 9th Panhellenic Conference in Geotechnical Engineering, which took place from October 4th to October 6th, 2023, at the Conference Center of the University of West Attica.
We were particularly delighted to attend, during the conference, the presentations of two publications in which members of the ARGO-E team were co-authors:
“Flood characterization based on forensic analysis of bridge collapse using UAV reconnaissance and CFD simulations”
Loli M., Mitoulis S., Tsatsis A., Manousakis J., Kourkoulis R., Zekkos D.
“Influence of compaction on the design of reinforced earth walls”
Chikaras M., Asteriou P., Tsavalas-Hardy A., Chanteperdrix B.
Additionally, we presented a publication that was exclusively prepared by members of our team with the title:
“Assessment of rockfalls using free online crowdsourced data”
Asteriou P., Manousakis J., Zekkos D.
Apart from these, we discussed the areas in which we operate, such as reality modeling, informatics, and geotechnical services, among others, from our booth in section 3.
Finally, we attended the conference presentations and were informed about the latest developments and trends in geotechnical engineering.
