Our team was asked to survey a burned area to assess the damage caused by the recent fire in Gytheio on an olive grove property.
Photogrammetric processing was initialized to produced an orthophoto for the precise determination of the burned area boundaries to prevent encroachments, as well as for the counting of the burned olive trees.
At the same time, the mapped area topography was introduced for slope mapping, a request for the development of irrigation works.
